Very nice and clean hotel. When we arrived, the pool is closing (only open until 10pm) really hope we made it but well, we need to feed our stomach so we went and get food. Luckily the location pretty strategist so we were able to eat.
They have a welcome drink! Friendly staff.

One of my best stay ever this at this Western Hotel. Will stay at this one in December. Staff are amazing and hotel is clean, you can’t beat that Breakfast in the morning, it’s the best. Will always stay at a Best WESTERN HOTEL in the future. THANKS, Larry

The bed was comfy and the hotel was in a great location ... but it wasn't a great stay. The hotel was dirty and smelled like sulfur from the lobby up to the 3rd floor. Our shower had used soap in it, so I know it hadn't been cleaned. The pillows were awful ... bring your own if you're staying here! Our air conditioner went out during the night and it got up to 78 degrees in our room (middle of August!) We called the front desk and they were very nice and gave us a fan, but it too was broke. They were not able to give us another room due to the hotel being full, but also never offered any other type of solution.

This hotel is falling apart. We reserved a room for 6 people and the pull out couch was broken. They refused to have anyone come look at it and did not offer us another room. The pool was broken and that was disappointing for my kids. The location is great, breakfast was okay, but we would not stay here again.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Best Western hotels but this has to be one of our worst experiences. When walking in the front door, theres a strong sewer smell. It’s slightly better in the rooms but still noticeable. The closet door wouldn’t stay closed, the toilet seat was loose, the pool is closed, the laundry facility was ‘not working’ and ice machines on the 2nd floor weren’t working. While it’s a convenient location, would recommend staying somewhere else…this isn’t worth the money.

Not a good experience for me to many matenice issues . Everything was down I would stay somewhere else. Not a clean room fecis stains in toilet toothbrush splatter on mirror bed looks like it was slept in the room was just not clean for me. With the air pool ,laundry ,ice machine down. I never leave bad reviews but this was an exception.

staff was rude. first room a/c didn't work. second room it worked poorly. shower was moldy. pool had been closed by the health department. according to staff for over a month.. but no notice on the web site. and of course we were charged full price.

The room smelled like sewer gas. There was no offer to try to change rooms; we were told it was an outside problem. The pool was not available. There was no working ice or laundry on the floor, which was "out of order." Breakfast was awful. We had gravy but no biscuits, cereal but no milk, and what was out and available was mediocre.
